01 Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and topx one ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making your first deposit, or using any services provided by topx one, you hereby fully agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

In this document, "Platform" refers to the topx one website along with all mobile apps, support systems, and related services. "Games" refers to all forms of digital entertainment available, including Live Casino, Slots, fish shooting, and other games. "Funds" refers to money held in a member's account for gaming purposes.

02 Membership Eligibility

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at topx one at any given time. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, identification number, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name as shown on your identification, an active mobile number, a valid email address, and accurate banking details for withdrawal purposes.

• The account name must match the name on a valid identity document.
• The bank account number registered must be in the same name as the topx one account holder.
• Any changes to personal information require identity verification (KYC) before they take effect.
• Topx one reserves the right to decline any registration without providing a reason.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

Topx one accepts a variety of deposit methods tailored for the convenience of Malaysian users. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account promptly upon confirmation.

• Local bank transfer (FPX) to all major banks in Malaysia.
• E-wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow.
• The minimum deposit is MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• Topx one does not charge any processing fee on member deposits.
• All deposit transactions are one-way — funds that have been credited cannot be reversed once gameplay has begun.

Topx one does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit detected as originating from a party other than the account holder will be returned and the account in question may be suspended for investigation.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Topx one processes withdrawal requests automatically, and they are typically completed in under three (3) minutes for eligible payment methods. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in the same member's name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per transaction.
• The standard daily withdrawal limit is MYR 50,000 for regular accounts and higher for VIP members.
• Your first withdrawal requires a successful identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.
• Topx one reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 3 business days for cases that require additional review.
• Any bonus-related withdrawals are subject to the applicable rollover requirements.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by topx one are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) as stated in their respective promotion terms. Failure to meet the rollover requirements before making a withdrawal will result in the bonus being forfeited, but your original deposit amount will remain in your account.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new members who have not previously registered an account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.

07 General Game Rules

All games available at topx one use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness and transparency. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by anyone.

• Game results displayed on the platform are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of verifiable technical errors.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, topx one reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagering amount to the member's account.

08 Account Security and Responsibility

10 Account Termination and Suspension

Topx one reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for legitimate operational reasons. In cases of standard termination with no breach, any valid account balance will be returned to the member within 5 to 7 business days.

• Members may also voluntarily close their account by contacting our customer support team.
• Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and will block all access to the platform.
• Funds remaining in accounts terminated for terms violations may be held for investigation purposes.
• Accounts terminated due to fraud are not eligible for re-application.

11 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

12 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

Topx one reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate action.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
